Debbie Coffey currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Communications, with responsibility for leading an integrated communications strategy for New Avon LLC.  She is responsible for driving all internal and external communications, including public and media relations, issues management, corporate philanthropy and corporate social responsibility. 

Debbie has spent the majority of her career at Avon Products, Inc., leading internal and external communications in positions of increasing responsibility across the global and North America businesses.

Earlier in her career, Debbie worked on the agency side, delivering marketing communications and public relations services to blue chip clients, including: Procter & Gamble (Cover Girl, Vidal Sassoon); Bath & Body Works; Beiersdorf (Nivea, Basis); SmithKline Beecham Consumer Health (Tums, Contac Cold Medicine); Rosewood Hotels; and Swarovski. 

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola College of Maryland, with a concentration in Public Relations, and a minor in Business. She has held positions on multiple industry boards, including Cosmetic Executive Women, Fashion Group International, and New York Women in Communications (as former Chief Communications Officer). She is also a member of Page Up,an exclusive organization led by the Arthur W. Page Society for senior corporate communications leaders. Debbie also serves as a Board Member of the Avon Foundation for Women, the world’s largest foundation for women’s causes.
