President, Social Selling
“Since beginning my career at Avon over 30-years ago, I have long admired this iconic brand and its unmatched commitment to supporting women. It is an exciting time to be re-joining the company, and I’m thrilled to work on behalf of our Avon Representatives to ensure their success. Together with my team, we will deliver on our commitment to be the best social selling opportunity for Representatives in the U.S.”
Betty Palm is President, Social Selling for New Avon LLC, responsible for transforming the experience of our Representatives to ensure they reach their full potential. Betty oversees all aspects of recruiting, training and incentivizing Representatives, as well as developing the tools they need to drive a more contemporary, efficient and profitable experience.
Betty is a results-oriented industry veteran with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the direct-selling industry. Most recently, she also founded strategic consulting firm B. Palm Group, LLC, specializing in the direct-selling industry with a focus on business plan development and execution, sales and marketing strategy and infrastructure planning, as well as providing advisory support for emerging and established companies.
Earlier in her career, Betty held executive leadership roles in several preeminent global direct-selling companies such as Tupperware, The Pampered Chef, and The Longaberger Company. She was also tapped by large public and privately-held consumer brand companies - Mars, Inc., and Jones Apparel Group – to lead the development, launch and execution of new direct selling business units. Taking on her current role is very much a homecoming for Betty, as she began her career at Avon Products, Inc., first as a college intern, moving later into Public Relations and ultimately into the Field as a Division Sales Manager.
Betty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican College. She is a past member of the Direct Selling Association’s Board of Directors and a frequent admired speaker at Annual DSA Meetings.
